Ordinary glass filters to a significant portion of UV rays. Most car-glass filter is the amount of UV. This dye does not leak much more light is visible, is primarily the radiation in the UV spectrum block, and not the visible spectrum.

This is not altruism on the part of automobile manufacturers, however. Protect the interior of the degradation and discoloration. Most are long enough for their insurance claims before the warranty ran out to pay.

Add-filtered light shade to see at first. What little remains UV can be filtered by the sole effect of the attenuation of the ink.

UV rays can not be seen, but if they could see, tinted windows look like mirrors.
This is as simple as I can.
